User Experience

We collaborate with developers on agile projects, including those for the IT industry. We carry out moderated usability tests, which examine application usage patterns, such as activities that take users the most time, which can be automated, which are the most burdensome, and which generate the most errors. Data collected during our research is incorporated into application design and improvement.
