Migration plans and the fate of emigrants

The number of highly qualified Poles working abroad continues to grow. This topic is also present in our research. Twice – in 2019 and at the turn of 2020/2021 – we have co-created a "portrait" of the Polish technological diaspora as part of the "E-migration" project, in cooperation with the Emigration Museum in Gdynia. The quantitative and qualitative research involved Poles living and working in innovative sectors in Europe, North America, Australia and Oceania, and Asia. In 2020, with the same client, we examined the migration plans of Polish youth in their final years attending the elite Third Secondary School in Gdynia.
