Studies for the medical sector

For pharmaceutical companies and medicine distributors, we study customer shopping habits, customer service in pharmacies, physician diagnostic standards, and pharmacies' satisfaction with their collaboration with pharmaceutical wholesalers. Currently, we are conducting a study commissioned by the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System (AOTS) on a large sample of cancer patients. We conduct the study in medical facilities, nursing homes, and hospices among others, through a network of pollsters composed of qualified medical personnel.
